CNC Turning
- •Multi-axis mill-turning with bar feed and live tooling (Lynx 220LSY)
- •7-axis and 9-axis sliding head lathes for rapid, complex, high-precision components (Citizen L32, Star SD26)
- •Low Frequency Vibration (LFV) technology for exceptional surface finishes
- •Maximum turning diameter up to 300mm; bar capacity up to 52mm
CNC Milling & Routing
- •Versatile 4-axis machining centre with a large bed (800mm × 450mm × 510mm) for big jobs or multiple parts
- •Long bed 3-axis CNC milling (1270mm × 254mm × 380mm)
- •Giant 5-axis CNC routing (3000mm × 2000mm) for plastics, composites, and alloys
Bespoke Engineering Design
- •In-house design and engineering department to assist with manufacturing optimisation
- •Utilising industry-standard tools like SOLIDWORKS and AUTODESK for design, simulation, and CAM
Testing & Inspection
- •Automated servo electric test rig for non-destructive force testing (tension/compression) up to 10KN
- •Salt Spray testing and destructive tension testing machines
Contract Assembly
- •Dedicated assembly lines, supported by co-bot companions
- •Access to a wholly owned facility in Southern Europe for low-cost production runs
Materials Expertise
- •Manufacture from your choice of stainless and carbon steels, superalloys, brass, aluminium, or plastics
Precision Sawing
- •Automatic Horizontal Bandsaw with bundle cutting; max diameter 250mm
